Tonya Jane Raburn was born in Paris, IL, on July 19, 1970 to parents, George "Eddie" Garvin, Sr. and Linda Ramsey Garvin. She passed away on August 17, 2021 in Minden, LA. Tonya was a hard-working, selfless person. She always did anything and everything to see someone smile, she believed that a smiling face makes the world a better place! Tonya loved God, going to church and she loved her family. She also enjoyed sports, especially baseball and football. She is going to be missed by all those that love her.

Tonya is survived by her sons: Chris and Jacob Raburn; mother, Linda Garvin; brother, Toby Garvin; and daughter-in-law, Caitlin Raburn. Tonya is preceded in death by her father, Eddie Garvin, and two brothers, George and Ben Garvin.
