Funeral services for Thomas Roton, age 78 of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, June 12, 2020 services will be under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston. Tom passed away Saturday, June 6, 2020 in Minden, LA.

Tom was born May 28, 1942 in Minden LA to Clarance and Novie Parker Roton. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Thurman and Harold; sisters, Louise and Ruby Lee; grandson, Michael Roton and great-grand daughter, Marley Roton.

He is survived by his wife, Sophia Boyd of West Monroe, LA; daughter, Denise and husband David Thomas of Dubach, LA; sons, Rickey Roton and wife Cathy of Vicksburg, MS, Robert Roton and wife Necy of Choudrant, LA, Tommy Roton, Jr. and wife Debbie of Dubach, LA, Chris Roton and wife Lisa of Dubach, LA; step-daughters, Theresa Boyd of New Jersey and Pam Yarrington of West Monroe, LA; twenty-two grandchildren, fifty-one great-grandchildren with one on the way and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Tom's absence will be felt by many.
