Early on the morning of Wednesday, March 20, 2019, after 82 years on this earth, Thomas Ray Harmon of Arcadia left this life after a long illness and went home to meet his wife. Born on March 16, 1937 in Bienville Parish, Ray spent a life there serving the people as a master carpenter, building many homes and adding to their beauty. He leaves behind a son, Thomas Peyton Harmon and his wife, Tiffani Woodard Harmon, and three grandchildren, Deirdre Nikita Harper, Thomas Lucien Harmon, Kalel Alexandra Harmon, and a sister, Janice Harmon, along with many, many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM at Tulip Cemetery in Marsalis, LA on Tuesday, March 26, 2019. His legacy of service, smiles and hard work will never be forgotten by those whose lives he touched.
