Sandra Lee Skinner Purcell, age 67 of Bella Vista, AR passed away suddenly on the morning of Sunday, October 24, 2021.  Sandra was born on June 23, 1954 in Minden, LA. She graduated from Ruston High School in 1972 and served in the US Air Force until her retirement in 1992.

She was preceded in death by her father, Irving Milton Skinner Jr; and brother, Samuel Milton Skinner.  She is survived by her husband, Ken Purcell; mother, Bobbie Skinner of Texarkana, TX; sister, Rita Skinner of Texarkana, TX; sister, Linda Durkin (Steve) of Ypsilanti, MI; brother, James Skinner (Kelli) of Ruston, LA; four step-children and four step-grandchildren.
