Sandra Faye Rambin was born July 14, 1950 in Farmerville, LA to LB (Red) and Fay Rambin. She passed away May 25, 2020 in West Monroe, LA from complications of stage four throat cancer.  Sandra worked at a host of jobs throughout her life, but none more important than primary caregiver for her mother, Fay. Sandra was a loyal, loving daughter and sister. Every now and then, the Lord makes a selfless generous person, that was Sandra. She was generous to a fault. If you knew her and she considered you a friend, there was absolutely nothing she wouldn't do for you. She always had a smile on her face and she always had time for the people she loved. Sandra loved her Lord and Savior above all else. She lifted herself from a troubled dark past and became a true warrior for Christ. If success is measured in love for Christ, her family and her friends, Sandra was a true success story.  She fought a hard battle with cancer and was an inspiration to everyone who witnessed her battle.  She was a fighter until the very end.  Sandra will be missed by all who knew her and be remembered for her kindness, her heart and her love for everyone.

She is preceded by her father, LB (Red) Rambin and mother Fay Rambin. Sandra is survived by her sister, Patty Rambin of West Monroe, LA and sister-in-law Debbie of West Monroe, LA; brothers: Gary Rambin and Aimee of Ruston, LA, Mark Rambin and Phyllis of Choudrant, LA; nieces: Tara Murphy, Brittany Rambin and Hallie Rambin; great niece and nephew, Avery Lynn Murphy and Gavin Murphy.

The family will be having a celebration of life for Sandra at a later date. The family would also like to thank everyone who has reached out to send condolences. Thank you also to Dr. Cherie Nathan at Feist Weiller Cancer Center and Rita Zuber at Delta Family Care Clinic. This is the chorus of one of Sandra's favorite songs. "One of these days it will soon be all over, cut and dried.  And I won't have this urge to go all bottled up inside. One of these days I'll look back and I'll say I left in time.  Cause somewhere for me I know there's peace of mind". Sandra is at peace with her Lord and family.  She will be missed here on earth, but there will be a joyful reunion in Heaven.
