Robert Hamilton Martin was born in Ruston, Louisiana on April 13, 1996 and departed this life on November 6, 2021.  Robert was a family man with the biggest heart and loved his children dearly.  Robert was the friendliest of people; the kind of guy that never met a stranger.  His loving and contagious smile would brighten up any room he entered.  He loved helping people and continued to do so by being an organ donor. He enjoyed traveling extensively with his family.  He loved working with his hands at various jobs in construction and auto mechanics.  He was in the process of opening an auto repair business with Jason Johnston.  He attended Ruston schools and graduated from Youth Challenge Program in 2013.

He was preceded in death by great great-grandmother, Hattie May Simonton Martin, great-grandfather, Leonard Hamilton Martin, great-grandparents, Earl and Grace Henry, great-grandparents, Bob and Mary Edge, great aunts, Sandra Martin, Becky Roberts, and Fran Martin, great uncles, Mike Henry, Eddie Henry, and Gary Henry, aunt, Sara June Martin, cousin, James Wyatt Martin, uncle, Bobby Causey III, and cousin, Kassidy Jo Causey.

He is survived by his forever partner, Kimberly Ann Miller, his children, Isabella Lanae Criswell, Stefan Hamilton Martin, Tucker Daniel Smith, and Aurora Melea Martin, his parents, Mandi Lynn Martin and Tim Henry (Shauna), his grandparents Scott and Claudia Martin (Mom and Dad) and Lonnie and Lida Henry, great-grandmother Betty Martin, his siblings Sara Rose Sherrill, Nathan Patrick Jones, Tori Burgess (Austin), Dylan Henry (Kayla), and Brandon Henry and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in Ruston.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Owens Memorial Chapel in Ruston followed by internment at Vienna Cemetery in Ruston.  Dr. Donald Ward and Dr. Randal Urwiller will be officiating the service.  Serving as Pallbearers will be Tucker Martin, Conner Kelly, Dylan Henry, Brandon Henry, Jason Johnston, and Dustin Morrow.  Honorary pallbearers are Nathan Jones, Skylar Walsh, Brady Walsh, Shane Martin, John Houck, and Dakota Glover.
