Funeral services for Renee Anderson, age 54 of Dubach, LA will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 5, 2021 at Owens Memorial Chapel in Ruston, LA with Rev. Carl Norris officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Rest Cemetery under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.

Renee was born on March 21, 1967 in Natchez, MS to the union of Jackie Wayne Anderson and Virgie "Jeannie" Kent and she died on October 28, 2021 in Ruston, LA.  She loved God, and being around her family, especially her kids and grandkids.  All she wanted was to be a "grandma".  Renee enjoyed plants, gardening, reading and listening to music.  She is preceded in death by her father, Jack Anderson; son, Michael Roton; granddaughter, Marley Roton; two brothers:  Shawn Thomas Anderson and Leonard Darrell Pourciau and grandmother, Edith Trevillion.

Renee is survived by her son, Chris Roton, Jr and wife, Kara Moak of Dubach, LA; daughter, Heather Roton of Ruston, LA; four grandchildren:  Heidi, Maci, Kailee and Hunter Lee Roton; boyfriend, Randy Reynolds of Dubach, LA; three brothers:  Bruce Wayne Anderson and wife, Dr. Jess of Zachary, LA; Jackie Wayne Anderson and wife, Stefanie of Zachary, LA and Tony Pourciau of Walker, LA; two sisters:  Debbie Lynn Anderson of Walker, LA and Paula Jean Anderson of West Monroe, LA; mother and step-father, Jeannie and A.J. Pourciau, III of Walker, LA; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and  friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be:  Chris Roton, Jr., Scooter Nielsen, Jeffrey Trevillion, Cole Roton, Corey Roton and Tony Pourciau.   Honorary pallbearers will be Gatlin Hedgepeth and Douglas Harvey.
