Patsy Fowler obit

Funeral services for Patsy Fowler, age 84 of Dubach, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, March 1, 2024 at Sharon Baptist Church in Dubach with Rev. Jeff Roberts officiating.  Burial will follow in the Sharon Cemetery under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.

Patsy taught Sunday School and served as clerk and treasurer at different times over the years.  She was secretary for LSU EXT. service in Farmerville where she retired.  After retirement, she would join her husband on his pumper route in the oilfield.  When he retired, they spent time together and with Lisa and Jason.  Patsy enjoyed working in her yard.  Her family was her life.  She was an excellent cook and enjoyed traveling with family and friends and went all throughout the southwest.  Patsy was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, John Revis Fowler.

Patsy is survived by her daughter, Lisa Ann Fowler; a grandson, Jason Fowler Walker, both of Sharon and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jay Roberts, Dennis Puckett, Logan Puckett, Matthew Chladek, Lonnie Dean, Bradley Farrar and Larry Butts.
