With great sadness, the family of Patricia Ellen Breeding Fouts announces her passing on December 13, 2023 in Metairie, LA.

Ellen was born January 30, 1965 in Alexandria, LA, but grew up mostly in Shreveport, LA where she was graduated from LSU-S with a degree in education.  She taught in Caddo and Jefferson Parish before leaving that profession to pursue other interests.

Ellen is survived by her mother, Jo Ann Knotts Breeding, her siblings, Steven Lamar and wife Barbara Landry Breeding, James Joel Breeding and Barbara Breeding Abadie, and  also several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Her father, James Chapman Breeding, preceded her in death.

A private family funeral service was held on December 18, 2023 at Owens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dana Thrash officiating, and burial was in Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Ruston, LA under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
