Patricia Downen, age 69, of Choudrant died Friday, February 22, 2019.  Funeral services are 10:00 AM, Monday, February 25, 2019 at Owens Memorial Chapel.   Burial will follow in Indian Village Cemetery in Calhoun under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston. Visitation is 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Owens Memorial Chapel.

Funeral services for Patricia Downen will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, February 25, 2019 at Owens Memorial Chapel in Ruston with Rev. Dwayne Monk officiating.  Burial will follow in Indian Village Cemetery in Calhoun under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston.

Patricia Irene O'Neal Downen was born January 13, 1950 in Rayville, LA to Wilmer James O'Neal of Rayville, LA and Ada Irene Brasher O'Neal of Marion, LA and died on February 22, 2019. Patricia enjoyed fishing, cooking, and playing card and board games. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and traveling to visit her numerous family members. She was retired from Mac's Fresh Market in Monroe, LA where she was the Bakery/Deli Manager for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by two sisters: Carolyn Gray and Debbie Key; two brothers: Wilbur "Joe" O'Neal and Travis O'Neal.

She is survived by one brother, Henry O'Neal of Choudrant, LA; one son: William Downen, Jr. and wife Stephanie Downen of Choudrant, LA; two grandchildren: Autumn Downen and Garrett Downen; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Robert Underwood, Jacob Farrar, Terry Manshack, Kenneth Aaron, Bruce Hill, and Charlie Rodgers. Honoree pallbearers are Joey O'Neal and Travis Lewis.
