Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery in Quitman, LA under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.
Nedra was born October 17, 1939 in Chatham, LA to Ema and Wilbur Heflin and she passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 in Arcadia, La.
