Graveside services for Margarette Marshall, age 69 of Ruston, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, January 17, 2022 at Ouachita City Cemetery in Sterlington, LA with Pastor Robbie Robertson officiating.  Services are under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston.

Margarette was a homemaker (stay at home wife) and a cross country truck driver with her husband.  They celebrated their 47 ^th wedding anniversary on January 9, 2022.  She loved her nieces, grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.  Margarette was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Elizabeth and Maurice Ameal Holley; sister, Myrdith Maurice Miller and daughter, Hope Ly-nette Marshall.

Margarette is survived by her husband, William Marshall of Ruston, LA; son, Donnie Patrick of Farmerville, LA; two daughters:  Carla Holloway of Ruston, LA and Crystal Colvin of Dubach, LA; two sisters:  Ann Catlin of Marion, LA and Carolyn Lamb of Farmerville, LA and eight grandchildren:  Patricia Patrick, Elizabeth Patrick, Amber Duchesne, Lucky Patrick, O'Brien Holloway, Trever Holloway, Anna Colvin and Willow Colvin.

Serving as pallbearers will be Cody Colvin, O'Brien Holloway, Trever Holloway, Lucky Patrick, Chris Duchesne and Derrick Smith.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, Monday, January 17, 2022 at Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA.
