Funeral services for Lena Roberson will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 12, 2021, at Owens Memorial Chapel with Rev. Connie Smith officiating.   Burial will follow in the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery near Dubach, LA under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston, LA

Lena Annette Gray Roberson was born August 13, 1971, in West Monroe, Louisiana, and passed into eternity on Saturday, August 7, 2021. She attended West Monroe High School. She was married to her husband Mike Roberson for more than 21 years, and they lived in Fellowship community near Dubach.

Lena was very active throughout the area in providing janitorial services for private homes and businesses. Lena loved her work and was known for her dedication to providing great service and for being a hard worker. She considered her clients to be part of her extended family. She and her husband Mike loved traveling on their motorcycle together and riding and traveling with friends. Lena adored her two precious grandchildren, Paige and Avery, and she spent all the time she could with them.

Lena is survived by her husband Mike; her three children: Jason Hatten and his wife Tristan; Ashley Sanders and her husband Zach; and their daughter Cassie Colvin and her husband Brent; and by two precious grandchildren: Paige Hatten and Avery Sanders.  She is also survived by her parents: Doug and Bonnie Gray, and two brothers: Wesley Gray and Steve Gray. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: C.F. and Pauline Gray, and Wesley and Elouise Mayo.

Serving as pallbearers will be David Jackson, Lance Colvin, Richie Brewster, George Upshaw, Tommy Carter, and Tony Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Albritton, Brent Colvin, Drake Jackson, Randy Brown, and Mike Reeves

Lena's family will welcome friends at a visitation to be held at Owens Memorial Chapel in Ruston, Louisiana, on Wednesday, August 11, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
