Memorial services for Judy Phillips, age 72 of West Monroe will be held at 6:00 P.M., Thursday, October 22 at Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home. Judy will be buried in the Antioch Cemetery in Quitman.

Judy was born on April 24, 1948 and passed away on October 15, 2020. She retired from General Motors and enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by parents: Thomas Bolton Jr. and wife, Alma Black; brothers: Thomas Bolton, Richard Bolton; husband: Charles (Mitch) Phillips.

Judy is survived by sisters: Angie and husband Mike Bartlett, Veronica and husband Tim Holstead; daughters: Ashley Russell, Brandi and husband Joe Austin; son: Cecil Wayne Barfield Jr. (Bubba); grandchildren: Ashlyn Russell, Tyler Austin, Summer LeBlanc, Hunter Austin, Cecilia Barfield, Bruce Barfield, Blythe Barfield; great grandchildren: Hendrix Russell, Granger LeBlanc and Gunner LeBlanc.
