Graveside services for Judy Dianne Lindsay are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Friday, November 22, 2024, at Kilpatricks Serenity Gardens Cemetery in West Monroe, LA with Rev. J.J. Holyfield officiating. Funeral services are under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in Ruston, LA.

Judy Dianne Lindsay, age 74 of West Monroe, LA, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2024, with her two sons by her side. She was a warrior in her fight, and God answered her prayers for no more pain and peace.

Judy loved and cared for her family and friends dearly. She enjoyed many hobbies including crochet, listening to country music, watching old western movies on repeat, and she was a big Star Trek fan. Her most favorite thing was reading her Bible, enjoying God's word and although her eyesight started to fail her, she would still listen to the Bible on audio.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Joy Dale Smith; and one brother, Floyd Lindsay.

Judy is survived by her two sons: James L Brown and Dewayne G Brown; her brother, Larry Lindsay and wife Patsie; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, all of whom will carry her memory in their hearts.

The family would like to thank the following for the care and patience they provided for Judy during the past several months; Dr Gammage and staff at St. Francis, Elara Caring Staff, and the staff at Ridgecrest Community Care Center. And the many friends and family for all the prayers.
