Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, March 1, 2019 at Hurricane Cemetery in Arcadia under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston.  Visitation at Owens Memorial Chapel from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, February 28, 2019.

Joseph "Joey" Ralph Chandler was born January 18, 1963 and went home to the Lord February 25, 2019. He loved his family very much and he will be greatly missed by all who loved him. Joey leaves behind his wife of 36 years, Lisa Chandler; his son Wesley Jo Chandler and wife Jackie; his daughter Brandy Michelle Chandler; his sister Cindy Annette Pye and Husband Roy; his father Orbrey Ralph Chandler and his wife Glennie; seven grandchildren: Sesalee, Nathan, Steele, Ryleigh, Casey, Melody and Trey; his nephew Jonathan Pye and wife Lauren; and his niece Elizabeth Pye.  Joey was met in heaven by his mother Lucy Martell Chandler; niece Rachael Pye; grandparents: Ebin and Sadie Bell Chandler and Boyce and Velma Holley; and his best friend Johnny Ray Tinsley.
