Joseph Doyle Meyers, 85 of Metairie, entered into eternal rest May 30, 2023. He was born in New
Orleans, La. December 31st 1937 to the late Louis Meyers and Aimee Youse. He is predeceased by his
four siblings, Rev. Louis E. Meyers, James Alfred Meyers, Yvonne Meyers Castrogiovanni and Ruth Meyers
Dufresne. He is survived by his sister Aimee Meyers Perkins, and sons, Joseph Luciano Meyers and Marc
Louis Meyers and their mother Sharon Catalinato Meyers Landry. Also, his grandchildren Ian Joseph
Meyers, Niven Luciano Meyers, and Luc Bernard Meyers. A Funeral mass was held at St Thomas Aquinas
in Ruston, LA on the 16th of June 2023 at 1:45 PM.
