Jerlene was born February 6, 1935 to John and Bessie Nappier in Rayville, LA and passed away April 25, 2020. She was a resident of Jefferson Manor Nursing Home in Baton Rouge, LA.

Jerlene was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, James L. Nappier, John Tom Nappier and Jabe Nappier; sister Maxine Pesnell and one nephew.

She is survived by her daughter Renae Swint, two grandsons: Jason Swint and Jeffrey Swint and numerous nieces, nephew and friends.
