Funeral services for Jeff "Bull" Dempsey Frasier, 66 of Pea Ridge, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 3, 2026 at Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston, LA with Bro. Bo Nicholson officiating. Burial will follow at Douglas Cemetery under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.

Jeff was born July 1, 1960 in Ruston, LA., to Doris Evelyn Culpepper Frasier and Talmadge Frasier and passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 29, 2026 in Shreveport, LA. After 30 years, Jeff retired from the Lincoln Parish Hwy Department. He had a great love for the Lord, his wife, children, grandchildren, and family. Jeff enjoyed watching his son and grandson play football, watching birds and other wildlife, and especially all LSU sports. 

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Doris and Talmadge Frasier; sister, Rita Dawn Ginn, also known as Molly to many; and his brother in law, Rodney Colvin.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Brenda Tims Frasier; daughters, Leslie Frasier, and Amy Frasier Kennimer (Kane); son, Justin Dempsey Frasier; grandchildren, William Dempsey Regan, known by  Paw as "Padna", and Evelyn Marie Frasier, known by Paw as "Toodles"; siblings, Penny Colvin, Kane (Georgia) Frasier, Terri Frasier,  and Jane Frasier; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Serving as pallbearers will be Justin Frasier, Will Regan, Kane Kennimer, Tyler Langford, Hank Bennett, Musie Haile, Jordan Nicholson, and Clint Allen. Honorary pallbearer will Dusty Colvin. 

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.
