Funeral services for Gary Henry, age 63, of Dubach, LA will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 19,2021 at Salem United Methodist Church in Dubach with Rev Danny Baskin officiating.  Burial will follow in Salem Cemetry under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.

Gary was born in Ruston, Louisiana on May 16, 1957 and passed away Saturday, May 15, 2021 in Shreveport, LA. He is preceded in death by parents, Earl and Grace Henry; and brothers: Eddie and Mike Henry. Gary is survived by his wife of 36 years, Carolyn Henry of Dubach, LA; sons: Lane Henry (Brandi) of Farmerville, Joey Poche (Lauryn) of Gonzales, LA, Pat Poche (Lisa) of Hico, LA; grandchildren: Heidi, Cade, and Lanie Henry; Dominique and Alex Poche; sisters: Jerri Martin (Jimmie) of Dubach and Michelle Duschene (Heath) of Dubach; brothers: Lonnie Henry (Lida) of Dubach, Larry Henry (Kim) of Simsboro, Phil Henry (Lori) of Ruston, Kenneth Henry (Jodi) of West Monroe, and Earl Henry (Amanda) of Choudrant; and numerous nieces and nephews. A longtime member of Salem United Methodist Church, helping in any way he could. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, making a lot of great memories with family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Rodney Colvin, Seth McGrew, Danny Jarmon, James Colvin, Eddie Henry, and JoeDan Martin.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until service time Wednesday at the church.
