Funeral services for Gail Hayes Barmore, age 71 of Dubach, LA will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Owens Memorial Chapel in Ruston with Rev. Greg Tipton officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mineral Springs Cemetery in Dubach under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.

Gail was born October 30, 1950 to J.V. and Mildred Hayes and passed away April 4, 2022 in Ruston.  She worked for several insurance agencies in Ruston and retired from Louisiana Tech Personnel Department where she helped employees with their insurance.  Gail enjoyed bream fishing and relaxing around the house.  She loved her family, especially spending time with her grandsons, where she was known affectionately as "Rean".  She liked sitting out on the deck drinking coffee with Fred and watching the hummingbirds, enjoying nature and her flowers. Gail loved to go shopping with Tracie and was also a member of Mineral Springs Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents; J.V. and Mildred Hayes.

Gail is survived by her husband of fifty-two years, Fred Barmore of Dubach, LA; daughter, Tracie and husband, Brett Nobles of Hilly, LA; son, Michael Barmore of Dubach, LA; two grandchildren:  Garrett Nobles of Ruston, LA and Hayes Nobles of Hilly, LA; nieces, nephews and numerous friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Steve Barmore, Barry Hayes, Will Billberry, Bo Barmore, Brett Nobles and Garrett Nobles.  Honorary pallbearer will be Blu Billberry.
