Funeral services for Frankie Stephenson, age 89, of Dubach, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, June 29, 2020 at Corinth Baptist Church in Corinth, LA with Rev. Paul Watts and Rev. Ronnie Dyes officiating. Burial will follow at Corinth Cemetery under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.

Frankie was born to the union of William Oren Bagwell, Sr. and Harvey Anderson Bagwell on October 8, 1930 in Dubach, LA and passed away on June 27, 2020 at her home in Corinth, LA. She enjoyed cooking and loved to tend to her flower and vegetable garden. She was loved by everyone that knew her and she did her best to take care of everyone in her community. Frankie was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.

Frankie is survived by two sons: Vernon Stephenson and Mike Stephenson (Angel Smith), both of Dubach, LA; two daughters: Loretta Frisby (T.J.) of Beebe, AR, and Karen Stephenson of Dubach, LA; seven grandchildren: Coty Wayne Stephenson and Barbara of Nashville, AR, Clint Stephenson and Meagan of Dubach, LA, Nathan Howdeshell and Natalie of Beebe, AR, Natasha D. Stephenson of Dubach, LA, Tiffany Farley of Ruston, LA, Ashley Brunelle and Dwayne of Cabot, AR, and Chaz Ovitt of Dubach, LA; fourteen great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, and one brother, W.O. Bagwell of Dubach, LA.

Frankie is preceded in death by her husband, C. W. Stephenson, four sisters: Ruth Huffman, Dorothy Roberts, Estean Emmanuel, and Vergie Foison.

Pallbearers for the service will be Chucky Ovitt, Gus Ovitt, Chris Brazzell, Nathan Sellers, B. O. Roberts, and Chiff Roberts. Honorary pallbearers will be Henry Watts, Shawn Bagwell, Barry Bagwell, James Watts, and Lane Brazzell.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Premier Hospice, Angel Smith and Meagan Stephenson for their special care.

Visitation will take place prior to the service, starting at 10:00 A.M.
