Funeral services for Doris Jean Boles, age 81 of Simsboro will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Rocky Branch Assembly of God with Rev. Larry Emory officiating.  Burial will follow in Rocky Branch Cemetery under the direction of Owens Memorial Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.

Doris was born April 14, 1938 and died January 9, 2020. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Boles Sr., mother, Dorothy Bailey, father, Ross Bailey, Sr.; brothers: Danny Bailey, Ross Bailey, Jr. and Charles Bailey; sister Christine Nale.

Doris is survived by her daughter, Brenda Guree (Jimmy) of Simsboro, LA;Sons: Paul Boles  (Carla) of Ruston, John Robert Boles, Jr.( Patsy) of Simsboro, LA, Tommy Boles(Starr) of Fountain Hill, AR and Jimmy Boles of Farmerville, LA; two brothers: Robert Bailey (Terry) of Hot Springs, AR and Billy Bailey( Becky) of Farmerville, LA; sister-in-law Leona Bailey of El Dorado, AR and numerous Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Johnathan Baines, Jordon Home Health and Professional Hospice Care.

Serving as pallbearers will be Allen Bricklen, Derick Boles, Don Boles, Chad Boles, Michael Rison and Kenny Harvey.
