Memorial services for Mr. Denny Bruce "Corky" Jones, age 77 of Dubach, LA will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at Dubach United Methodist Church in Dubach with Rev. Stephanie Green officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.

Denny was born October 7, 1945 to Somer and Mildred Jones in Seminole, OK, and he went home to be with his Lord November 21, 2022 in Ruston. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1968 and loved every OSU sport, especially college football. Denny loved spending time with his family and spending time on the golf course. His laugh was genuine contagious. He always brought such great wisdom and joy to all that encountered him. Denny had an amazing ability to connect with people. He will be greatly missed.

Denny is survived by his wife of 35 years Carol Jones of Dubach; children: Michael B. Jones and wife Rachel of Dubach, Elizabeth and husband Greg Johnson of Dubach and Jeffrey Jones and wife Sonya of Lyons, GA; step-children: Richard Stout and wife Donna of Centerton, AR, Tammy Little of Rogers, AR, Vicki Honeycutt of San Antonio, TX and Kristi Sanchez of Van Buren, AR; brother Mike Jones of Tulsa, OK; nephew Sam Jones of Tulsa; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Shriner's Institute.
