Graveside services for Mr. Dennis L. Boyte, age 73 of Ruston, LA will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, July 6, 2022 at New Hope Cemetery in Choudrant, LA with Rev. Jeff Sanford officiating.  Services are under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston.

Dennis passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022 at Ruston Regional Specialty Hospital following a brief illness.  He was a heavy equipment operator.  Proceeding him in death are his wife, Betty Boyte, parents, Wilson & Virgie Boyte, brother, Donnis Boyte and nephew Robert Pye.

Dennis is survived by sisters, Ann Sufka of Ruston LA; Ruby Pye and husband Jerry of Ruston, LA; brothers, Harold Boyte and wife Renee of Choudrant LA; Mickey Boyte and wife Melanie of Smackover AR; sister-in-law's Nancy Calhoun of Dubach, LA; Brenda Harris of Ruston, LA and brother-in-law, Robert Johnston and wife Sandra of Choudrant, LA and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.
