Graveside services for Mr. Clifton Wells Jr. will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Ruston, LA with Jeremy Magee officiating. Services will be under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.

Mr. Wells was born in Mendanhall, MS. He was a long time resident of Ruston, LA. He owned Wells Vending Service which served the community for many years and he was also a veteran of the Korean War. Clifton raised cattle, loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing.

Clifton is survived by his wife, Maggie Harper; children: Gay Magee and husband David, Pam Flowers and husband Al, Herbert Wells and wife Alisha; grandchildren: Jeremy Magee, Heather Yates, Daniel Flowers, Seth Wells and Robbie Wells; seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Clifton is preceded in death by his wife, Robbie Lee Wells, seven siblings and his parents, M. C. Wells and Annie Wells.
