Funeral services for Clara Lou Frazier, age 95, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, April 23, 2021 at Owens Memorial Chapel in Ruston, LA with Rev.  Larry Bullock officiating.  Burial will follow in Cook Cemetery in Ruston, LA under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.

Ms. Clara retired from Lincoln General as a switchboard operator and then made custom made drapes.  She loved sewing and working in her yard with her flowers.  She also loved spending time with her grandkids and talking on the phone with her friends and relatives.  Clara loved her Lord and reading her Bible.  She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde K. Frazier, son Ronnie Bell, grandson Kelly Buckland and two sisters, Leo Pylant and Martha Alberti.

Clara is survived by two daughters:  Becky Buckland of Ruston and Kathy Abel of Choudrant; eight grand-children:  Melissa Bell of Monroe, Shane Bell of Choudrant, Amanda and husband Jared Fallin of Choudrant, Jamie Bell of Choudrant, Connie McKinney of Ruston, Amy Buckland of Farmerville, Catherine Abel of New Orleans and Rachel and husband Andrew Sherman of Shreveport; 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers will be Shane Bell, Jamie Bell, Randy Harvey, Glen Ray, Jesse Pylant and Woody Leggett.  Honorary pallbearers will be her great-grandsons:  Ranne Buckland, Jacob Buckland, Kelly McKinney and Aaron Fallin.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until service time, Friday at the funeral home.
