Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Ann Davidson, age 81 of Dubach, will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Owens Memorial Chapel in Ruston with Bro. Don Stevens officiating.  Burial will follow in Kilpatrick's Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Ruston under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston.

Betty was born November 5, 1936 in Rayville to the union of Lucille and William Edward Darnell and died October 31, 2018 at her home in Dubach.  She was a clothing inspector and was in a bowling league for many years.  Betty loved to garden and share her fresh vegetables with her friends and neighbors and enjoyed being outdoors working in her yard and flower beds.  She was a member of Northside Church of Christ and was there every time the doors were open.  She also enjoyed going to lunch with her church members on Sunday.

Betty is preceded in death by her husband: Clint Davidson and four brothers: David Darnell, William Lewis Darnell, Lavelle Darnell and Thomas Wade Darnell.  She is survived by two brothers: W.T. Darnell and wife Madelien of North Carolina and Charles Darnell of Rayville; one sister: Lujean Darnell of Rayville; a multitude of nieces and nephews; special neighbor: Liz Brown of Dubach and a very special friend Jeri Hill of Rayville.

Serving as pallbearers are: Mic Baxter, Tim Baxter, John Dowling, Keith Darnell, Wade Darnell and Aaron Clark.  Honorary pallbearers include: Lamar Dowling, David Dowling, Johnny Murad, Ben Bledsoe, Dylan McElduff, Ronald Crawford, Steve Clark and Tim Brown.
