Funeral services for Martha Bailey Gray, age 81, of Bernice will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 28, 2012 at the Abundant Life Holiness Church in Bernice. Officiating will be Rev. Woody Posey and Rev. B.F. Middleton. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery in Bernice under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston.

Mrs. Gray was born July 22, 1930 in Summerfield and died Thursday, April 26, 2012 in Bernice. She is preceded in death by her parents, Doc and Nannie Bailey; daughter, Kathleen Gray; brothers, Sim Bailey, Earl Bailey and Harry Bailey; and her niece, Lisa Estep.

Mrs. Gray is survived by her husband of 64 years, Billy L. Gray of Bernice; sons, Billy R. Gray and wife Kathy of Homer and Larry Gray and wife Brenda of Gladewater,TX; daughters, Elaine Medlin and husband Denny of Gilmer, TX and Beth Jones of Bernice; brother, Harold Bailey of Springhill, LA; sisters, lta Faye Caldwell of Haynesville, LA and Mary Lindsey of Longview, TX; special grandson, Taylor Adams; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Gary Jones, Randy Faulk, William Smith, Al Knoll, Brandon Adams and Trent Gray.

Visitation will begin 5:00 PM, Friday, April 27, 2012 at the Abundant Life Holiness Church in Bernice.
