Services for Mark Kuykendall, 51, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 23, 2012 at the Bethel Church in Downsville,La. Officiating will be Brother Laymon Tucker.

Mark was born on Sept. 16, 1960 in New Orleans. He went to be with the Lord on April 19, 2012 after a long struggle with cancer, surrounded by his family at his home in Downsville. When Mark entered a room it would light up. He never met a stranger and could talk to anyone while putting a smile on their face. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. His family meant the world to him and they are thankful for the time God has given them.

Mark is survived by his wife of 14 years, Pamela Kuykendall and loving children, Mitch Kuykendall and wife Tabitha, Kellie and husband Philip Jones, Brad Wright and wife Mandy, Anthony Wright and wife Bridgett; 12 grandchildren; Aunt Joyce Badeaux; Brothers and Sisters: Henry Wallace and wife Michelle Wallace, Wendy and husband Randy Rouse, Priscilla and husband Bruce Sullivan, Randall Kuykendall and wife Karen, Mont Kuykendall and wife Diane and ElsieDes LeBlanc as well as a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by infant brother Mitchell Kuykendall, Mother Marie Badeaux, Grandmother Emilia Badeaux and Nephew Jamie Cotton.
